What Can I Expect During My First Visit?

Patient Forms

Generally you can expect to complete a full medical history questionnaire and "new patient" paperwork. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Consultation

You will then consult with Dr. Nahali. This consultation is your opportunity to express your health concerns and expectations, and to ask any questions you may have pertaining to the matter. It is also for the doctor to express his role in your health care and discuss your health prognosis.Your first visit is designed for Dr. Nahali to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care meet your goals.

Examination

After your consultation, a physical exam will be performed which may include orthopedic testing, reflex assessments, muscle testing, and a specific Chiropractic evaluation. Prior to any exam your consent is obtained.

X-Ray Studies

In some cases x-rays may be necessary to determine an exact diagnosis. X-rays are done at the our office.

Report of Findings

Once all the information and examinations have been performed, Dr. Nahali will give you a report of findings to answer the four most popular questions:

How much does it cost?

Dr. Nahali will go over the results of the exam and x-rays, recomanded care plan and the cost of your treatment plan with you. Then, depending on your situation, Dr. Nahali may give you an adjustment and/or begin physical therapy, if needed. Depending on your condition, Dr. Nahali may schedule a series of visits for care.
