	"My name is Roberta J. Church and I am 66 years old. I have been an active person all my life. I am not a sit down person or a couch potato you might say. I have believed there was not anything I could not do. If we moved I helped lift pianos, refrigerators, sofas, bedroom furniture & etc. I landscaped two of my homes by moving grass and digging lots of dirt and planting flowers trees etc. When I moved to Florida the yard was landscaped so I wanted a corner garden and dup up all the grass ugh which is very hard work and made a beautiful comer garden planting trees bushes flowers etc... Also in my front landscape I also planted flowers etc.

I worked out five days a week at the gym. I would walk briskly 68 minutes on a treadmill and trade off with the elliptical. I did the Body for Life Weight lifting program. I would laugh to myself because I was the strongest woman in the gym for lifting weights. So I guess by now you get the picture. I am also a diabetic which was an incentive to keep active. I always believed everyone else had back trouble not me as I never had any pain. Weird.

One day I was carrying patio blocks to the back and my back started hurting. I went to the gym the next day and tried to do the treadmill. I told my friend I was going home as I was progressively getting worse and by the end of the week I was bent over with pain and could really do no activity. I knew I didn't want back surgery and I had stuck a flyer on my desk in a folder I had gotten in the mail about back pain and decompression therapy months ago as to save it for my husband. So I got it out and called the Spinal Aid Center and they sent me for an MRI so when I went in to see Dr. Nahali that Monday morning to beg him to see me if he would I was in so much pain. To my utter shock and amazement I had disk desiccation on L-5, L-4- L-3, Mild disc bulging on LS-S-1 and bunch of other things. Any way major problems. With 5 discs.

Good Grief What a shock.. To make a long story short I started decompression therapy and you have to stay true m it. Everyday five days a week which I was glad to do to help the pain. You don't get in my shape over night so 1 knew I wouldn't heal in a week and it would be a long process. Some people go in get a quick fix feel better and it comes back or they go the hospital get a shot sleep 24 hours and feel better but don't cure the problem. Surgery seems to always be a problem. I was so glad I came to Dr. Nahali for number 1 he truly helped me with a kind and understanding way.

I am always full of questions and he always was glad to answer them. His staff is so kind and helpful even when they are so busy they are swimming. They still take care of you. I have not had a lot of other treatment options but my family and friends have been to plenty for the quick fixes which never last I am not finished yet but I am pain free and that are such a great relief. I have a ways to go but my best advice is to listen to the treatment plan follow it and if you don't know ask. Dr. Nahali is a caring chiropractor who truly is dedicated to helping people with there wracked over pain. I have seen it in his eyes. I give all the credit to God for not throwing that folder away Thank you for listening to my story and if I have helped you in some way then I am glad I wrote it."

	"As a registered nurse I am well aware of the medically approved options and treatments available to people suffering with low back problems. I was totally unaware of the option of Spinal Decompression. I was informed of Spinal Decompression by a nurse massage therapist that I was getting a massage from for my back pain. 	"I worked 30 years as a waitress carrying heavy trays. I also had some bad falls. My family said I wasnt walking straight. I went to several chiropractors but didnt seem to get much relief. Medical doctors said all I needed was pain medication because I was able to touch my toes, stand on my heels etc.. When I saw Dr. Nahalis ad I came to his office, he worked wonders straightening out my back. I retired and stopped coming, but in time my back began to hurt again and I was back on pain pills.

Years later once again I seen an ad for Dr.Nahalis office but this time it was for decompression therapy. I decided to come in for a consult but thought that it was kind of pricey. The first step was to have an MRI, which came back showing that I had a very enlarged left kidney that needed attention. I had to hold off on treatment and went to see my primary care doctor and then an urologist. It was very bad and I needed a stint in my kidney. Since I finished the treatment I have had no pain and have not taken any pain medicine. I am doing so much more and feeling so good. I feel I have a good life ahead. I can do so much more, it a miracle to me. Thanks to Dr. Nahalis loving care I feel great, worth every penny."

	"Lifting a five gallon bottle of oil was hard for me when I was having back pain. I didnt want to see a doctor because I thought it was going to go away in a few days, but it didnt happen that way. I wound up getting worse, I couldnt walk or work hardly and standing was a nightmare. I fell down a few times because of the pain on my right leg. I finally realized that I should see a doctor I went to a few chiropractors and had no relief.
